A federal court in the Middle District of Pennsylvania dismissed a lawsuit filed by pro-abortion groups challenging new grant eligibility guidelines from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that bar recipients using abortion as family planning from receiving Title X funds starting fiscal year 2027.
